The new one is the kit and is the only one you can buy from them now. It looks much nicer because the studs are welded to the underside of the plate, so there are no visible bolts once installed. Looks very nice actually.
: Why do the plates for mounting between these two look so different on the Happ site. Other than one being a kit what is the difference?
