TV: Phillips Magnavox 27" (less than 1 year old, don't know model #)
Purchased: Best Buy TX
Video Card: Canopus Total 3D 128v PCI
Purchased: used $25

The video card is based on the riva128 chip and was manufactured in 1997, so it's not high end, but it does 2D gaming just fine. It has svideo out and in, and also composite out and in. My resolutions were limited to 640x480 or 800x600. Even though it is an Nvidia based card, it will not do custom resolutions, just the 2 previously stated.

The svideo out looked good on the tv. While text was kinda blurry, games looked beautiful compared to viewing them on my computer moniter. This card uses a different tv-out chip than most nVidias, and has been praised for it's superior quality tv output. (rated better than ATI)

The graphics are not nearly as blocky looking as they are on my computer monitor. I mostly played street fighter series and Vs xmen etc, until I unhooked everything. (need to build my cabinet)
